Senior Amazon Advertising Manager

Role Summary
Responsible for the amazon advertising strategy and execution; driving scalable,
profitable growth through ad investment and optimization. This role sets direction,
potential franchise growth opportunities, and partners closely with merchandising,
analytics, and operations teams to align media with business priorities. The Senior
Manager leads campaign strategy, budget allocation, and testing frameworks while
mentoring junior team members. Success is measured by sustained ROAS
improvement, efficient scaling, and strong cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Amazon advertising strategy across respective brand(s), ensuring media
investment aligns with sales, merchandising and growth priorities.
• Own campaign architecture, keyword strategy, bid frameworks and budget allocation
across DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
• Partner with Merchandising, Operations and the Data Analytics Lead to execute
franchise growth opportunities and cohesion.
• Manage and forecast ad budgets, balancing scale and efficiency while ensuring strong
visibility and ranking for priority products.
• Lead performance analysis, testing roadmaps and reporting; providing clear insights,
recommendations and guidance to leadership and team members.

Qualifications
• 5-7 years experience in amazon advertising or performance marketing for DTC
• Deep expertise in Amazon Campaign Manager, DSP and Seller Central
• Strong analytical skills with proven results managing large scale ad strategy

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud)
• Experience or knowledge of beauty categories.
