Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead and develop the worship ministry at Southside Baptist Church in Alabama. This role involves engaging the congregation in worship, nurturing musicians, and planning services with pastoral leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, musical ability, and a heart to foster spiritual growth in team members. Experience in worship ministry is preferred but is not as crucial as calling and character.
