Customer Success Executive, Global Accounts
Location: Remote, US-based.

About the Role

Lead renewals and upsell sales for legal solutions (Westlaw, WestlawNext, OneSource, Checkpoint, Tax Solutions) for G7 firms.

Drive retention during renewal windows, manage complex deals, and oversee a book of business.

Develop customer knowledge of Thomson Reuters offerings and drive performance toward strategic objectives.

Maintain multiple projects, remove obstacles to growth, and uphold strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer success metrics, partner to define business outcomes, and deliver educational activities across lifecycle.

Share best practices, commercial growth strategies, and joint success plans with teammates.

Track and manage customer health, usage data, and growth opportunities.

Recommend improvements to deployed offerings in collaboration with commercial teams.

Use Gainsight and Salesforce to manage client data, pipeline, and forecast.

Prepare and lead business plan presentations for account portfolio.

Forecast renewal and growth targets, and report on market/competitor activities.

Present to internal stakeholders and coordinate with support, services, tech, and product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years professional experience; minimum 3 years in client management within B2B SaaS or comparable environment.

Strong operational discipline: forecasting, cadence, system hygiene.

Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.

Proficient in cloud software solutions and delivery models.

Excellent business acumen, communication, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving skills.

Competitive total cash compensation range $106,400 – $197,600 USD (US only).
