Technical Test Rider & Engineering Specialist

to play a critical role in validating and improving our bikes in real-world conditions. This role sits at the intersection of performance riding and engineering, ensuring our products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.

The Mission

As our on-the-ground test rider and technical specialist, you will be responsible for pushing our bikes to their limits and translating real-world performance into actionable engineering insights.

You will bridge the gap between product development, engineering, and real-world riding—ensuring our bikes are not only innovative, but proven in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Real-World Testing:

Conduct extensive field testing of e-MTB and eMoto platforms across Hong Kong and mainland China, including varied terrain and riding conditions
Performance Feedback:

Provide detailed, structured feedback on ride quality, durability, power delivery, thermal performance, and system behavior
Engineering Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering teams to identify issues, validate fixes, and improve product performance
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:

Assist in identifying mechanical and electrical issues in both field and workshop environments
Iteration Support:

Validate design updates, firmware changes, and component revisions through repeat testing cycles
Data & Reporting:

Document findings and contribute to root-cause analysis to support continuous product improvement
Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure alignment between design and real-world performance

What You Bring to the Trail

Engineering Background:

Strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
Riding Experience:

Experienced and capable e-MTB rider with a deep understanding of aggressive/off-road riding
Technical Aptitude:

Ability to analyze and communicate performance issues with clarity and precision
Hands-On Mindset:

Comfortable working both in the field and in workshop environments
Mobility:

Willing and able to travel frequently across Hong Kong and mainland China
Attention to Detail:

High level of precision in testing, reporting, and feedback
