What You’ll Do

Connect with homeowners and present high-quality products (windows & doors)

Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process

Learn and apply a proven, step-by-step sales system

Set and achieve personal income and performance goals

Compensation

100% Commission-Based (NO cap on earnings) **

Average reps: $80K–$120K+

Top performers: $150K+

Bonuses and performance incentives available

Training & Support

Paid training program (Knoxville, TN)

Housing provided for up to 6 weeks during training **

Ongoing mentorship and leadership development

No prior sales experience required

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Coachable with a positive attitude

Willingness to travel for training

Sales experience is a plus, but
