Sales Advisor Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
Effectively promote and sell our products to customers
Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
General Information
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers
Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers
Team & Development
Retain and share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues
Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store
Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other
Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses for future development
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming ensuring good garment care
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms)
Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual & commercial guidelines
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
Maintain best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc.)
Support opening and closing of the store
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities
