Account Executive – Logistics (Entry level)

Account Executive

who is hungry, competitive, and ready to dominate the 3PL space. In this role, you aren’t an order‑taker—you are a problem‑solver and a relationship‑builder. You will be responsible for hunting new business, navigating complex supply chains, and delivering the high‑touch service that defines our brand.
This is a high‑volume, high‑reward role for someone who loves the hustle and hates to lose.
Key Responsibilities

The Hunt:

Proactively identify and cold‑call potential leads in targeted industries to build a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
Relationship Architect:

Develop and maintain deep‑rooted relationships with shipping managers and executives, moving from a "vendor" to a "strategic partner."
Solution Engineering:

Collaborate with our operations team to create customized logistics solutions that solve real‑world capacity and pricing challenges for your clients.
Closing & Negotiation:

Drive the sales cycle from the first "hello" to the final signature, navigating market fluctuations to maximize margin.
Elite Service:

Act as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring every load is handled with the precision and detail‑orientation we are known for.
