We are a premium, U.S.-based production and experience company specializing in high-impact corporate events. Our work blends technical production, creative execution, and live entertainment to deliver best-in-class experiences for national clients.
We are entering a key growth phase and are building our internal marketing function from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, builder role.
You will own and develop the company's entire marketing engine - from strategy through execution - with a focus on generating qualified B2B leads and driving measurable pipeline growth.
This is not a traditional "content marketing" role. We are looking for someone who understands how to translate positioning into demand, and demand into revenue.
What You'll Own
B2B Strategy & Lead Generation
Build and optimize lead generation funnels targeting corporate buyers
Develop gated content and digital assets to capture qualified leads
Own the full funnel from initial touchpoint through conversion
Paid Acquisition
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn
Continuously test messaging, audiences, and creative to improve ROI
Lifecycle & Email Marketing
Design and implement automated nurture sequences
Leverage CRM tools to move prospects through the funnel toward booked consultations
Content & SEO
Create SEO-driven content focused on geographic and service-based intent
Develop case studies and marketing assets that highlight past project success
Utilize AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining brand quality
Website & Conversion Optimization
Partner with web development resources to improve landing pages
Ensure all service offerings are clearly positioned and conversion-optimized
Analytics & Performance
Track and report on marketing performance (ROI, CPL, conversion rates)
Use data to inform strategy and prioritize highest-impact initiatives
Brand Ownership
Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across all channels
Collaborate with design resources to ensure high visual and messaging standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in
B2B marketing and lead generation
Strong understanding of
full-funnel marketing and buyer journeys
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.)
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in marketing workflows
Strong written communication with a professional, U.S.-focused tone
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating autonomously
