Role Overview

The Complex Sales Manager will lead the sales and marketing function for the Minneapolis-area operations, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role focuses on strategic sales leadership, team development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales & marketing strategy across multiple locations
Drive 80/20 sales initiatives and revenue growth
Build and manage a high-performing sales team
Develop and strengthen key customer relationships
Align cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, service)
Identify market opportunities and execute growth strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business or related field)
7+ years of sales experience
2+ years in sales leadership/management
Strong business insight, leadership, and customer focus
Preferred Qualifications

Corrugated packaging sales experience (must-have for ideal candidate)

Familiarity with Minneapolis local market
