Who You Are
The ideal candidate must be detail‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and work in the Austin office Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
What You Will Do
The Program Supervisor I–II performs routine to moderately complex (journey‑level) administrative and supervisory program work. Works under moderate to general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
You Will Be Trusted To
Supervise the work of assigned program staff and provide training and technical assistance in the program area.
Prepare and review reports on the effectiveness of program activities.
Confer with staff on program issues and problems to identify and implement solutions.
Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate programs.
Assist in the development of program guidelines, procedures, and policies, and monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of training and operational manuals, educational and marketing materials.
May provide training or technical assistance in a program area.
Perform related work as assigned.
You Qualify With
Program Supervisor I: six months of full‑time experience in developing, implementing, or interpreting policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
Program Supervisor II: one year of full‑time experience in developing, implementing, or interpreting policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
Both levels: relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
You Are a Great Fit With

Experience in interpreting and enforcing laws, statutes, rules and procedures.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Personal computer skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
