Position Overview

We are building a standardized and scalable Whatnot live commerce program focused on fast-paced auctions and rapid conversions. This role supports the company’s long-term, high-frequency Whatnot live streaming operations.

Responsibilities

Actively host live streams, control the room, and guide real-time bidding

Drive auctions and conversions through clear calls-to-action

Maintain high-energy pacing and prevent dead air during live sessions

Create urgency and encourage viewers to place bids

Follow live stream SOPs and collaborate closely with the stream operator/moderator

Strictly comply with Whatnot platform rules and policies

Qualifications

Fluent English (required)

Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred)

Confident on camera with clear, engaging communication skills

Strong execution skills; able to follow scripts and SOPs precisely

Not Required

No prior live streaming experience required

No existing follower base required

No personal influencer brand required

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, or bilingual customer-facing roles
