Project Summary: Electrify America, LLC. a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group of America, the largest open Hyper-Fast charging network in the U.S., is investing more than $2 billion in Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure and access. The investment enables millions of Americans to charge with confidence and Client the benefits of electric driving on our coast-to-coast network of highway and community chargers.
Electrify America's Hyper-Fast network currently operates in 47 states and the District of Columbia, supporting increasing ZEV adoption with a network that is convenient, technologically advanced, and built for customers.

Project Scope: The Glow Studio Copywriter project will ensure Glow Studio's continued copywriting operations, responding to the additional creative asset needs of Electrify Americas' branded and Brand Neutral marketing plans . This project w ill play a vital role in supporting our Brand Neutral push in 2026, focusing on showing the results from the past 10 years of programs and partnerships . The Glow Studio Copywriter will be responsible for writing articles and marketing materials to communicate with EV owners, prospective EV owners, National, State, and Local governments, policy writers, and businesses, about the progress and lessons from these programs. In addition, this role will support the Paid Media push for the new brand narrative, #ChargeOn. The copywriter will be responsible for c reating compelling, persuasive copy that effectively communicates our brand message across various channels .

The project will be responsible for a diverse range of projects, including crafting marketing and communication materials for the new Brand Neutral push, supporting the Paid Media #ChargeOn amplification, and supporting the #ChargeOn initiatives. Throughout the project, the copywriter will collaborate daily with Glow Studio's team of copywriters and designers to complete assigned projects. They will work closely with the marketing strategy team to understand the target audience(s) and key messaging objectives, then translate that information into clear, impactful copy. It will be essential for this role to maintain consistency across the brand's differing voices and styles while adapting the tone to suit different channels and audiences.

Responsibilities Include:
Copywriting and Content Creation (80%):
Develop compelling and persuasive copy for Brand Neutral initiatives (articles, white papers, website, social media, etc.), focusing on communicating learnings clearly and simply .
Work on creating Paid Media copy to amplify the #ChargeOn brand.
Collaborate with the senior copywriter or marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with the brand voice and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into the copy.
Inspire confidence in our brand and content strategy practices.
Leverage research and analytics.
Create content that incorporates the principles of personalization.
Proofread copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
dapt writing style and tone based on the platform, audience, and marketing objectives.
Collaboration and Support (20%):

ttend daily stand-up meetings to review project assignments, prioritize tasks, and provide updates on progress.
Work closely with the senior copywriter or other team members to assist in copywriting projects and marketing campaigns.
Provide support in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives.
Establish official artifacts (e.g., Word, PDF, File Naming, etc.).
Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of copy with visual elements.
ssist in maintaining brand consistency across different marketing materials and channels.
Contribute to ongoing content reviews and optimizations based on performance metrics and feedback.

Required Experience • 3+ yearsofrelevant experience in Copywriting, Marketing, or Product Marketing

Location Requirements :
The project does not require service exclusively out of the Reston, VA office.If the service provider candidate is easily accessible and productive, work can be done remotely. Work hours will remain on the East Coast time zone (9 am EST - 5 pm EST). In-person presence in the office may be required for key meetings and touchpoints - cadence and specific timing to be handled on a case-by-case basis. Workspace and equipment to be provided as necessary for the project duration.
Project Duration:
12 months, with option to extend for an additional 12 months. Notice of project termination (by either party) to be provided 1 month in advance.

Change Management:
