The Advertising Specialist handles client requests with professionalism and accuracy while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery. This position manages digital advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and timely execution, while producing detailed performance reports to support sales objectives. The specialist also identifies opportunities for campaign improvement and resolves issues promptly to optimize results and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Build out, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other digital ad servers.

Set up, monitor, adjust bids, budget mix, and targeting to meet campaign goals.

Load creative assets into advertising platforms and ensure they meet brand standards.

Implement tracking and conversion mechanisms and maintain accurate tracking setups.

Produce and enhance performance reports using tools such as Google Data Studio, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards.

Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify new channel opportunities.

Communicate with clients, maintain strong relationships, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot campaign issues, devise creative solutions, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.

Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams (Creative, Sales, Marketing, Data, Operations) to ensure cohesive execution and consistent messaging.

Manage vendor and agency relationships, including media planning, budget reconciliation, and quality control of assets.

Organize and coordinate events, pop‑ups, and marketing initiatives that support brand objectives.

Monitor budgets, track KPIs, forecast spend, and report results to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience managing digital advertising across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Advertising).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and cross‑functional partners.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Experience with campaign reporting tools and conversion tracking.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
