Marketing & Public Relations Intern

The Marketing & Public Relations Intern will support the commercial and marketing team in executing brand, digital, and public relations initiatives across Pyramid Global Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels and resorts. This role offers hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing, content creation, social media management, and media relations within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Support social media planning, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Help create and edit marketing materials including email campaigns, website content, and promotional collateral
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support campaign strategy
Develop engaging content including social media posts, blogs, and on-property storytelling
Assist with photography coordination and short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Support PR efforts including media list development, press outreach, and tracking coverage
Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and internal communications
Monitor media mentions and compile press reports
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
Support special projects, events, and on-property activations as needed
What we’re looking for?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation

$18 - $22
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
