This is a strategic Senior Business Development Manager role within a well-established, PE-backed digital media business serving the global life sciences sector. With a strong reputation, loyal client base, and ambitious growth plans, they are investing in experienced account managers to drive revenue across key international clients.

With over 25 years of history and a global community of more than 500,000 professionals, the business is a recognised leader in its niche. They provide digital marketing solutions to manufacturers and suppliers across life sciences and clinical markets, enabling highly targeted engagement through content, campaigns, and virtual platforms. Operating with 60 employees and backed by private equity, the company is scaling internationally and building a high-performance commercial team.

The Role
This is a strategic, commercially focused Business Development role managing and growing a portfolio of established global clients whilst hunting for new business.

Inherit c.10 high-value key accounts

Selling digital marketing suite to customers in the life sciences sector

50% account management / 50% new business

Deal sizes typically £25k to £100k+

Senior stakeholder engagement (Director/VP level)

International travel across Europe and the US

You will focus on developing net new business, identifying growth opportunities within existing, and delivering tailored, multi-channel solutions.

The Candidate
We are looking for experienced, credible business development managers who can operate at a senior level.

Proven New Business + Account Management experience (ideally 8+ years)

Background in digital media, SaaS, or consultative services

Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow and develop new accounts

Confident presence – able to influence senior stakeholders

Highly autonomous and self-motivated

The Package

£55,000 – £65,000 base salary

OTE £100,000+ (uncapped)
