Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Major Responsibilities

Product Commercialization & Asset Execution

Support Product Marketing Managers in executing commercialization initiatives across Industrial, Mobile, Data Center, Microgrid, and Energy portfolios

Own development and refresh of product marketing assets beyond core launches (e.g., legacy updates, battlecards, sales FAQs, sizzle videos, social media)

Ensure materials are accurate, market-ready, and aligned to product positioning and launch priorities

Event-Driven Storytelling & Market Visibility

Support Product Marketing efforts to increase visibility and credibility through industry events, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership

Coordinate speaker submissions, industry content opportunities, and event messaging in partnership with PR, Events, Creative, and leadership

Tactical Execution & Shared Services Coordination

Own tactical execution and follow-through for product marketing initiatives across Creative, Web, PR, and other shared services teams

Translate product marketing priorities into clear briefs, track progress, and manage revisions and approvals

Product-Led Demand Generation Support

Execute product-aligned demand generation campaigns for Mobile and Industrial Generator businesses

Leverage ZoomInfo and 6Sense insights to support Marketing Cloud nurture and drip campaigns

Partner with ABM and Demand Gen teams to ensure product marketing strategy is reflected in campaign execution

Systems, Communication, and Cross-Team Alignment

Build reusable product marketing systems, including asset libraries and messaging frameworks

Support optimization of SharePoint and Marketing Comms Hub experiences to improve clarity and asset discoverability

Support ongoing internal initiatives such as Industrial "Next Level Quality" (NLQ) through coordinated internal marketing materials

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or relevant experience.

Work Experience

5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing, content creation, or analytics.

Experience managing a budget

Experience in Microsoft programs and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Ability to successfully manage marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results

Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical skills including the ability to work with spreadsheets and databases to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Job Requirements

Education

Related Bachelors degree.

Work Experience

Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP.
