This is a remote position. We are not looking for the cheapest option. We are looking for the best. We are a business incubator and micro venture capital firm that invests in residential real estate agents and helps them scale their businesses dramatically. We have over 300 team members and we are expanding fast. We need a talented AI Video Content Creator to join our team full-time and help us build a high-volume content engine for our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
What You Will Do:
Use AI tools (HeyGen, Runway, Kling, or similar) to produce finished, professional video ads
Research top-performing ads in financial services and real estate using Meta Ad Library and ad intelligence tools
Use AI (Claude or similar) to analyze winning ad formulas and adapt them for our brand
Write or refine hooks and scripts that are compelling and direct-response focused
Produce 10–20 finished video ads per week — volume and quality both matter
Test multiple hooks against the same video body to maximize testing speed
Keep our creative library fresh so our ads stay competitive and costs stay low
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience producing AI-generated video content — HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Sora, or equivalent
Strong understanding of what makes a short-form video ad work (hook, body, CTA)
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to research, write, and refine content
Able to work independently, manage your own output, and deliver consistently
Strong attention to detail — our brand is premium and the work must reflect that
Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Descript for finishing/editing is a plus
Experience in financial services, investment, or real estate content is a major plus — not required
Excellent written English
