Job Description
Pay range: $26-$32 Hourly

About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Office Coordinator to support both daily office operations and marketing initiatives across our growing healthcare practice. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative and outreach-focused work.

You will play a key role in keeping our offices running smoothly while helping promote our services, support provider outreach, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities
Office Coordination

Support daily office operations, including scheduling coordination, supply management, and general organization

Serve as a point of contact for administrative needs across teams

Assist with patient-facing support such as check-in coverage, wayfinding, and office flow

Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications

Partner with leadership to improve workflow efficiency across locations

Marketing & Outreach

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives

Support social media content, website updates, and marketing materials

Coordinate provider outreach and community engagement efforts

Help plan and execute events, including patient education and community outreach

Track marketing activities, materials, and vendor coordination

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or marketing support roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or a professional office setting

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools

Experience with event coordination or outreach initiatives

Experience with scheduling systems or CRM tools

Work Environment

Fast-paced, patient-centered office environment

Combination of administrative, patient-facing, and marketing responsibilities

May include occasional travel between locations or attendance at events

Physical Demands (Essential Functions)

Ability to remain stationary and move throughout office and clinic environments

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners

Ability to operate standard office equipment

Ability to occasionally lift or move materials (up to 20–25 pounds)
