Junior Multimedia Specialist

We, at Grace Reliant Health Services, are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Multimedia Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through compelling design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design static and animated visual assets for digital campaigns, advertisements, and branded content
Create graphics for social media posts, stories, banners, email headers, and presentations
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all visual materials
Develop templates and reusable design assets
Social Media Content Creation & Management

Ideate, create, schedule, and publish content for Facebook
Produce and edit short-form videos and reels that drive engagement
Write captions and copy that align with brand voice and platform best practices
Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with the community
Track performance metrics and use insights to improve content strategy
Collaboration & Administration

Collaborate with the marketing, product, and copywriting teams on campaigns
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Organize and maintain a digital asset library for team-wide use
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, Media Arts, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Experience with design tools such as Canva
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices across YouTube and Facebook
Basic video editing skills
Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members and different departments
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Portfolio demonstrating design work and/or social media content is required
Nice to Have

Experience with influencer coordination or user-generated content (UGC) campaigns
Familiarity with SEO basics and how content supports discoverability
Photography skills and confidence working with a camera on content shoots
Awareness of current design trends, social media trends, and internet culture
Prior agency, studio, or in-house brand experience (internships welcome)
