Crunch Sales & Service Manager

The Crunch Sales & Service Manager will ensure the members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. He or she will exhibit an ability to achieve the financial targets for the club as outlined in the annual budget by motivating, leading, supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing our member needs. He/She will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand.
Reports to: Owner

Requirements include a 4 year college degree preferred, 4 years management experience required, fitness management experience preferred, and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.

Responsibilities include administration/organization, sales/revenue management, personal training/revenue management, operations, financial, leadership/motivation, profit centers, meetings, and accountabilities.
Measurement standards include successful management of all financial budgetary goals, ensuring standards of clubs cleanliness and customer service excellence, demonstrating professionalism by leading by example, membership retention, timely completion of assigned tasks and projects, and following all policies and procedures.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
