They are looking for you, an experienced

Marketing Manager , to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This is a direct hire opportunity with high visibility and the ability to influence both sales performance and brand strategy.

What you get to do

Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and strategic marketing plans

Partner with local leadership to set market-specific goals and initiatives

Lead community launch planning and execution in collaboration with corporate teams

Analyze marketing performance, sales data, and digital analytics to drive strategy

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns

Identify and execute creative marketing opportunities to support sales efforts

Manage vendor relationships, media partnerships, and sponsorships

Oversee website content, accuracy, and digital presence

Review CRM data and provide recommendations to improve performance

Partner on social media campaigns and upcoming community launches

Plan and execute events including grand openings and Realtor functions

Support training initiatives for sales teams related to marketing tools and platforms

Coordinate signage, collateral, and overall community marketing assets

Travel regularly within assigned markets

What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3+ years of marketing experience (real estate or homebuilding preferred)

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy

Experience analyzing data, CRM reports, and marketing performance metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to learn systems such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Basecamp, and CRM tools

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within market
