Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing & Graphic Design Associate to support a consistent and high-volume portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented early-career candidate or recent graduate who is excited to take ownership of content creation, design, and day-to-day execution across multiple brands.

This is an ongoing contractor role with a steady daily and monthly workload and a significant volume of deliverables. It is best suited for someone with strong availability who can take on a consistent, high-volume workload and prioritize DG Creative Media as a primary client.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media content calendars across multiple client accounts

Create and produce social content, including posts, Reels, TikToks, and short-form video

Design clean, elevated, on‑brand graphics using Canva or similar tools

Edit and deliver short-form video content

Conduct trend, competitor, and influencer research to inform content direction

Support execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns

Monitor engagement and manage community interactions

Collaborate on branding, PR, and creative strategy initiatives

Maintain organized digital assets and ensure brand consistency across platforms

Qualifications

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital content trends

Strong design sensibility with the ability to create polished, on‑brand visuals

Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools; video editing experience preferred

Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage tasks and timelines independently

Ability to manage multiple brands and produce a consistent volume of content each week

Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation

Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads Manager, influencer outreach, analytics, or hospitality/luxury brands
