We get to experience and witness radical life transformations.The Digital Marketing Associate helps create and deploy digital and creative marketing campaigns, along with events, which increase the overall awareness, storytelling capability, and fundraising success of Atlanta Mission. As a brand ambassador and storyteller, this individual gives a voice to the voiceless and shares a clear message of how individuals can be involved in ending homelessness.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Social Media:Develop and execute a social media organic strategy aligned with overall Marketing goalsManage day-to-day content across all platforms including, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and LinkedInCreate or oversee creation of posts, videos, and campaignsMonitor trends and adapt content to stay relevantEngage with the audience (comments, DMs, community building)Track analytics and optimize performance (engagement, reach, conversions)Manage content calendars and campaign timelines in Sprout SocialWork cross functionally to support social media needs (i.e. partnerships, in-kind, events)Assist in production and execution of the Atlanta Mission Unseen podcast bi-annuallyDigital Marketing:Manages all digital marketing channels, including website and email strategy and executionMonitors success of digital marketing campaigns as well as digital channels through Google Analytics and SalesforceManages and creates content for the Atlanta Mission BlogDeploys all email communication including, automated series, appeals, cross departmental campaignsEnsure optimization of Atlanta Mission website for search rankingCreates all landing pages and donation pages for all campaigns, events, and constituentsManages all list creation in PardotAssists in event strategy; this includes branding, digital marketing, logistics, day-of execution, and post-event follow-upContent Development/Production:Develops sources and generates stories across all marketing channelsEnsures an abundant supply of content that establishes and sustains Atlanta Mission’s reputation of meeting needs and solving the problems of the homelessConducts all video and photo shootsIdentifies new potential vendors and partners to help elevate the Atlanta Mission brand and manages existing partners with the highest level of excellenceAnalytics and Insights:Measures and reports performance on all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and KPI’sIdentifies trends and insights to optimize spend and performanceOther:Supports in planning and strategy development for the departmentParticipates in Development team activities as neededAttends professional association meetings and training as appropriateParticipates in team and Atlanta Mission-wide meetingsPerforms other duties as assignedYou will uphold the following Christ-Centered values:Humbly Serve: You strive to live, Love and Lead like JesusFaithfully Steward: You honor and wisely use the time, talent and treasures that God has providedCourageously Innovate: You are driven towards excellence, you continuously learn, adapt and improveJoyfully Celebrate: You intentionally appreciate and recognize all that God is doing in and through all the stakeholders of Atlanta Mission.Strength in Unity: You embrace God’s desire for oneness and kingdom-focused unity.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications graphic design, advertising, or related fieldMust have 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, graphic design, and communicationsExperience managing brand or personal social accounts preferredStrong writing and visual storytelling skillsFamiliarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social, CapcutKnowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithmsGraphic Design preferred– Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferredEmail marketing required - Pardot preferred, CSS, HTMLWebsite editing capabilities required - Wordpress preferredSalesforce CRM experience preferredCustomer Experience Management (CXM) preferredInsights and analytics preferred (i.e. Google Analytics)Key Competencies:Effective Communication; StorytellingCreativity and InnovationFlexibility/Adaptability to changeAttention to detailStrategic thinkingKeeps up with current digital platforms, social media channels, and trendsPhysical Requirements:Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, sitting and/or walking)Must have the ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, calculator and computer printerMust be able to communicate accurate informationMust be able to occasionally lift up to 20lbsMust have the ability to identify and distinguish colors, to adjust focus and maintain close and distance visionEnvironmental Requirements:Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions during eventsModerate noise as in a business office environment
