Media.Monks is seeking a Senior Technical Producer for a

3-month contract

to support a digitally focused production team, driving new work and delivering high-quality, innovative outputs. The role centers on immersive web experiences, end-to-end demo builds, web applications, and forward-thinking digital productions.

As a Senior Technical Producer at Media.Monks, you’ll partner with a leading global brand to

plan and deliver complex digital experiences , pushing what’s possible through thoughtful use of technology and strong execution. You are a people person and a self‑starter, bringing together multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering and production to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality work. You act as both

pace‑setter and problem‑solver , owning the successful delivery of projects from concept through launch.

You’ll lead new opportunities by shaping projects into scalable, well‑defined solutions. You are responsible for

running projects end to end all while

ensuring work is on track, profitable and delivered to a high standard. You stay current on emerging technologies and identify practical ways to apply them across web‑based experiences and product‑focused demos.

At Media.Monks, you’ll produce work that lives at the intersection of

technology, storytelling, and user experience , often requiring you to define and lead new approaches to digital production.

Responsibilities

You have proven experience producing

immersive websites, interactive demos, and web-based applications , ranging from small builds to large‑scale, complex systems.

You are comfortable leading

end‑to‑end digital product builds , including UX/UI, front‑end and back‑end development, integrations, QA, and deployment.

You have strong experience with

modern web technologies

(e.g., WebGL, real‑time frameworks, or complex front‑end systems) and understand how to translate technical requirements into realistic timelines and budgets.

You have at least

5+ years of experience

in digital production, currently operating at a senior level with demonstrated leadership and management skills.

You are highly capable of

scoping and quoting projects , with a strong grasp of technical complexity and production planning.

You have a solid understanding of AI‑driven experiences and workflows, with the ability to integrate AI tools, APIs, and emerging capabilities into digital products in a practical, production‑ready way.

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

You build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the production process.

You are experienced working across global teams and time zones, with strong communication and organizational skills.

You are proficient with production tools (e.g., Jira or similar) and understand how to manage workflows effectively.

What We Offer
Hourly Rate: $50—$55 USD
