Where And How You’d Work
Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do In This Role
You’ll provide excellent, high-level service and create meaningful relationships with our Endorsed Advertisers and the teams internally that work with each. Our focus is on retention and growth by strategizing and working hand in hand with Account Executives and Advertisers on their path to future renewal.

You’re Probably a Match If

You have 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, project management or a client facing role.

You can confidently lead conversations, ask thoughtful questions and navigate hard conversations when needed.

You’re highly detailed oriented and organized, especially when it comes to managing multiple tasks and projects.

You’re comfortable building relationships across video, phone, email and in person.

You thrive working cross functionally. You keep teams aligned, communicate early and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’re passionate about the Ramsey mission and regularly engage with our content.
