Description
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales performance within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing strategic plans, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, analyze market trends, and execute sales initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, coach, and support sales representatives to maximize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional strategies
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align business goals
Conduct regular field visits to support and evaluate team performance
Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales experience with successful track record of closing sales.
At least 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or similar field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS office programs.
Proven leadership and motivational skills.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
