Commerce House is looking for a Social Media Strategist

to lead our growing social media team.

WHO YOU ARE
You have a strong point of view on what makes social work, and you can back it up with both instinct and data. You know how to spot content that performs vs. content that just exists, and you’re confident guiding both clients and teams toward smarter, more effective work.

You’re a player‑coach: equally comfortable setting strategy and jumping in to concept, write, or create. You lead by example, hold a high bar, and bring a level of taste and judgment that elevates everything around you.

You’re also client-ready. You can lead conversations, simplify complex thinking, and build trust through clarity, confidence, and follow-through.

THE ROLE
As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll own social and influencer strategy across a range of clients. You’ll be responsible for the quality of both the thinking and the execution, ensuring the work is strategic, culturally relevant, and grounded in performance.

This role is equal parts strategist, creator, and leader. You’ll guide the team, partner closely with clients, and step in when needed to keep the work moving and the standard high.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead social and influencer strategy across multiple clients

Serve as a key client contact, bringing a clear POV backed by performance insights

Mentor a small team, elevating both output and strategic thinking

Oversee and refine content calendars to ensure quality, consistency, and results

Analyze performance and translate data into clear insights, reporting, and actionable recommendations

Contribute to content creation, especially for quick‑turn, trend‑driven, or high‑priority work

Guide real‑time and reactive content opportunities with sound judgment

Partner across creative, strategy, and account teams

Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them thoughtfully (not reactively)

EXPERIENCE

5–8 years in social, digital, or agency environments

Experience leading client relationships and presenting both strategy and performance

Prior team leadership or mentorship experience
