About the role
We’re looking for a high-performing team player that’s looking to kick-start their career in PR & communications. They will have an internship or other relevant experience under their belt, with a keen interest in media relations and a strong understanding of social media marketing and influencer relations. In this role you will:

Handle multiple client assignments, which requires strong time‑management and organizational skills

Support the development of media lists with oversight from senior team members

Conduct media and influencer outreach with guidance from more senior team members

Write first drafts of media materials, such as pitches, fact sheets and backgrounders

Contribute to plan development by researching tactical recommendations with support of larger team

Source costs for campaign elements (e.g. influencer costs, mailer costs, etc.)

Support all logistical and administrative needs as assigned by the team

Support the writing of first drafts of case studies with review and input from senior team members

About you

A degree in public relations, marketing communications, or similar

Internship (or similar) experience in public relations, social media management and /or event management

Past experience in an agency setting is highly valued

Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast‑paced environment

Passionate about identifying and influencing trends

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Entrepreneurial attitude and a go‑getter

Team player and generous spirit

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated initiative
Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000‑60,000 annually depending on experience.
