Consumer Recovery Specialist - Fort Supply

Job Summary
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is seeking a dedicated Consumer Recovery Specialist to join our inpatient team, supporting patients and staff in a behavioral health treatment setting. The role will provide direct and indirect care, promote wellness, assist in de‑escalation, and serve as a role model for unit safety and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect care to patients promoting mental and emotional well‑being.

Ensure safety and well‑being by participating in de‑escalation efforts and providing therapeutic support activities.

Demonstrate effective problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership as a role model.

Assist nursing staff and support the admissions process.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

For SR CRS level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting four years of relevant experience for the required education.

Preference may be given to current NCBH employees.

Special Requirements

Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as required.

Upon conditional offer, eligible applicants must submit to a physical examination and meet lifting requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and pushing/pulling maximum force of 25 pounds.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $17.09 plus differentials. (Evenings/Nights $0.50, Weekends/Holidays $0.75, Direct Care $1.00). Full‑time shifts 3:30 pm–2:00 am, 10‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday and Saturdays‑Sundays. Non‑exempt.

Location
NCBH Fort Supply Inpatient Unit, Northwest Oklahoma.

Work Schedule
24/7 coverage required; may work weekends and overtime as business necessity dictates.
