Job Details
Manage all end-to-end aspects of the VIP relationship, including hospitality events, ongoing communications, promotions, personalized outreach, and escalations.
Build and maintain a comprehensive VIP customer database, capturing individual preferences and interests to deliver a highly tailored gaming experience.
Leverage analytical insights and daily reporting to understand player behavior and create customized marketing offers that drive growth and increase retention.
Create and refine copy and marketing messages across established online channels and lifecycle stages.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Maintain strong awareness of competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Experience in online gaming, customer service, or other account management.
2. Data-oriented and marketing skills, highly fluent with Microsoft Excel.
3. High level of marketing writing skills is a must for this role, Excellent communicator across all channels, emails, push notifications and web.
4. Excellent organizational, planning and communicative skills.

6. Understanding of the interactive gaming/sportsbook industry.
