In this role, you will drive achievement of key business objectives, specific to contract requirements. The Field Talent Manager supports all aspects of the co‑employment agreement to include interviewing and hiring, aligning strategic perspectives, coaching core behaviors, financial and administrative oversight, and all aspects of employment to include performance management solutions.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Assist the National Business Director (NBD) in building key stakeholder relationships with client leadership and Syneos Health operational support staff, as appropriate.
Support client sales leadership in sales and marketing direction, as appropriate to align core behaviors and field impact.
Assist NBD in cultivating an environment of open communication where employee contributions are valued and considered an integral part of the organization.
Support, monitor and document field sales representative performance and appropriately communicate with human resources, representative and client personnel.
Observe and deliver feedback and coach representatives, as appropriate, including verbal and/or written feedback to representatives and client manager.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
5-7 years’ minimum pharmaceutical sales management experience or 4 years’ minimum human resources management experience with a strong focus in employee relations, coaching and recruiting.
Experience in coaching for performance improvement including implementation of progressive discipline as it relates to sales or other performance objectives.
Valid driver’s license with ability and willingness to accommodate overnight travel up to 30%.
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
