Social Media Content Strategist, US

Adoreal, Chicago, IL, United States

Who We Are
We are a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is dedicated to transforming our industry. At Adoreal, we don't just follow trends — we set them, and we're looking for people who are ready to do the same.

As a Social Media Content Strategist at Adoreal, you will help define content strategy and execution across our core social media channels for 20+ plastic surgery practices in the United States. You'll work in lockstep with our Social Media Lead and other internal teams — including design, brand, and others — to build compelling, data-informed content that deepens brand awareness, engages audiences, and drives measurable outcomes for each practice. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing at a high level.

While we are a remote‑first company, we are currently only able to hire candidates located in the following U.S. states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA. We hope to expand to additional states in the future. Ideally we are targeting in the Chicago, IL area as part of our growing local team there.

What You'll Do

Execute a cohesive content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with each practice's brand voice, campaign goals, and audience insights

Support and develop the content calendar end‑to‑end — planning, briefing, writing, scheduling, and optimizing across channels

Help conceive and produce engaging short‑form video content and copy for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including ideation, scripting, and coordination with creative teams

Monitor channel performance using platform analytics and email KPIs; translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvements

Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices across social and email

Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure content supports broader marketing and product initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of experience in social media content strategy, social media marketing, or a related role — ideally within a SaaS or health‑focused brand, in both a B2B and B2C capacity

Demonstrated expertise managing brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a portfolio to show for it

Analytical mindset — you're comfortable pulling reports, identifying trends, and making data‑driven decisions

Experience with short‑form video content creation and an eye for what performs on TikTok and Reels

Highly organized self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Passion for healthcare, wellness, and the elective aesthetics industry is a plus

A portfolio showcasing your relevant work
