You will join

as an

Innovation & Digital Transformation Assistant.

Crédit Agricole CIB has launched and deployed an Innovation program, with the objective to accelerate innovation and to reinforce the innovation culture within the Bank.

In the USA, the Head of Project Management & Innovation (PMI) is in charge of deploying the approach locally.

Your concrete missions will be the following:
Development of innovation approach:

Help coordinate the various initiatives of the innovation approach

Participate to the innovation watch, including the FinTech watch

Encourage use case generation via the facilitation of workshops

Participate to the orchestration of the local innovations communities

Coordinate the implementation of innovation projects, resulting from the innovation approach

Implementation of innovation projects:

Coordinate the implementation of innovation projects, resulting from the innovation approach. For example:

AI – Artifical Intelligence: coordination between local end users and Head Office teams to implement AI usecases for the Americas

Citizen IT - empowers users to digitalize and automate their daily tasks, leading to a transformation in the working methodology

Act as the New Service & Usage general secretary:
The New Solutions and New Users (NSU) function plays a vital role in ensuring that innovative technologies and digital solutions are implemented safely and compliantly across the organization. The NSU General secretary serves as the central coordination that brings together the support functions to evaluate and approve new tools, technologies, and processes involving data processing.

Additional tasks could be as followed:

Prepare periodic communication (newsletters, ad-hoc communication on events, i.e. talks) for the Bank on innovation

Organize Events: annual innovation / Digitization event

To be eligible for a VIE:

Be less than 28 years old

Be postgraduate of a Master degree

Be EU citizen
