Our client, an American multinational retailer of footwear and sportswear, is seeking a Senior Manager of Partner Marketing to join their team!
Location: NYC - hybrid (3x a week onsite)
About this role:
- Build and manage partnerships with key lifestyle running brands and serve as the primary relationship lead driving clear outcomes and mutual confidence on both sides
- Navigate complex vendor dynamics -- able to build strong relationships, push back constructively, and negotiate effectively to protect business interests
- For select vendors, own end-to-end GTM development across campaigns and key product stories
- Lead coordination across internal teams (merch, brand, digital, retail, VM) to bring programs to life
- Manage agency partners across creative, production, and execution
- Ensure alignment across all stakeholders while maintaining agility and clarity
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in partnership, retail, brand, and/or culture marketing
- Proven ability to independently lead and execute full-funnel marketing programs
- Strong understanding of how to translate cultural relevance into business results
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing vendor or brand partnerships, including co-marketing development and partner relationship management
