About the Role
SonderMind is on a mission to change how the world accesses and utilizes mental health care. As our Talent Partner, you will own full‑cycle recruiting for clinical operations, go‑to‑market, finance, G&A, and people functions. You will report to the Manager, Talent, and be one of the primary faces of SonderMind in the talent market. This role is built on genuine partnership, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and setting a high bar for quality in every search.
Responsibilities
Own full‑cycle recruiting for clinical operations, go‑to‑market, finance, G&A, and people functions, from intake through offer close.
Create a candidate experience that reflects SonderMind’s values at every touchpoint.
Contribute to SonderMind’s employer brand, representing the mission honestly and building a reputation that attracts talent.
Collaborate with cross‑functional peers on pipeline status, updates, and strategic changes on talent.
Actively learn and integrate AI tools into your recruiting workflow as the function builds its AI roadmap, including leveraging and maintaining data in our ATS.
Handle other responsibilities and ad‑hoc projects from time to time, based on business need.
Success Metrics
30 days: Invested in learning our systems, processes, and people; met with every hiring manager; completed intake calls on all active requisitions and started moving qualified candidates through pipelines.
90 days: Operating independently and confidently; receiving strong partnership feedback; meeting data and process standards; closing offers thoughtfully; flagging pipeline risks early.
6 months: Trusted business partner, proactively sharing market intelligence, advising on role design, and contributing to process improvements; high hire quality, ramping well, staying; offer acceptance rate at or above 85%; AI tools are a natural part of workflow.

Requirements
3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or healthcare environment; in‑house experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high requisition load across multiple functions simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Strong hiring manager partnership skills; experience running intakes, holding thoughtful bars, and having honest conversations when strategy needs to shift.
Clear, confident communication across formats: phone screens, debrief facilitation, offer conversations, and written candidate outreach.
A data‑driven approach to recruiting; tracking own metrics, using pipeline data to improve searches, and holding self accountable to outcomes.
Proficiency with Ashby or comparable ATS; data hygiene is a non‑negotiable part of your work.
Openness to learning and adopting new technology, including AI tools.
A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and building representative pipelines in every search.
Benefits
The anticipated salary rate for this role is between $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
