What You Will Be Doing
Adapt and execute regional GTM strategy – tailor Ogury’s global strategy for the Americas, adjusting messaging, positioning, and solution packaging to match regional market needs and key industries such as CPG, Automotive, and Retail.
Support revenue growth – work closely with regional leaders and sales teams to grow the pipeline, contribute to strategic pitches, and uncover new business opportunities.
Enable sales success – ensure teams know what solutions to sell, how to position them effectively, and why Ogury stands out in the market.
Lead training and adoption – develop and deliver regional enablement initiatives, including training, certification, and ongoing support for priority offerings like CTV, Retail Media, and audience‑based solutions.
Provide market insights – track competitors, industry trends, and platform developments, translating field knowledge into actionable recommendations.
Be the voice of the customer – gather structured feedback from clients, agencies, and sales teams to inform global GTM and influence product roadmap decisions, ensuring solutions meet market needs.
What You Will Bring To Ogury
Experience in digital advertising – ideally within AdTech, programmatic, or Retail Media, with a track record of delivering results and learning across multiple areas of the business.
Commercial mindset – comfortable contributing to go‑to‑market strategies and helping sales teams grow revenue.
Collaborative influencer – able to work with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and drive impact.
Strategic and practical thinker – can take high‑level ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
Data‑informed communicator – able to use insights and performance metrics to tell a clear story that resonates with clients and internal stakeholders.

a year. In compliance with state‑specific Pay Transparency Acts, Ogury strives to provide this visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally. The salary for the Go‑To‑Market Manager role is:
$110,000 – $130,000
annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
