What you will be doing:

Meet and exceed service sales revenue and bookings targets and other KPIs including contract renewal rates, contract winbacks, and warranty conversions for a $100 million business
Forecast sales results, track leading KPIs, and lead pipeline management process
Implement structured performance management for a team of 6-7 inside sales representatives
Coach inside sales representatives on strategic thinkings (e.g., total customer value, discounting), selling skills (objection handling, negotiations), and pipeline management
Develop training plans to strengthen product knowledge, cross functional collaboration, and customer engagement
Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for the assigned territory
Collaborate with Field Service Managers to maintain key customer relationships, proactively identify at-risk accounts, and create mitigation plan
Partner with Service Sales Product Management Lead to optimize contract pricing and profitability across the service sales portfolio
Analyze areas for process improvement and guide the business in change management
Lead hiring, onboarding, and talent development for the service sales team

What you must have:

5+ years of sales experience in Business-to-Business sales
3+ years of sales management experience
Effective time management and organization
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work full-time at the company's CT headquarters
