Business Development Manager .
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through the development and implementation of strategic sales plans. This role will involve identifying and prospecting new business opportunities and generate leads.
The Business Development Manager will also work closely with our production and creative teams to develop customised presentations for clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

Conduct research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Generate new leads and actively seek out new business opportunities through networking and outreach.

Collaborate with our production and creative teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

Stay up to date on industry trends and developments and share insights with the team.

Requirements and Benefits

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the marketing industry.

Strong experience in developing strategic and creative proposals in response to inbound briefs.

Proven track record of pitching to and winning new business.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
