HealthRecon Connect is seeking a dynamic and experienced RCM leader for the position of Director – Revenue Cycle Management Operations. This role supports our growth strategy and ensures excellence in RCM delivery across assigned accounts, working with global teams to optimize performance.
What You’ll Lead
- Day-to-day RCM operations for multi-specialty physician/clinic clients
- Onshore + offshore team leadership to achieve KPIs & SLAs
- Performance audits, workflow enhancements, and data‑driven insights
- Client escalations, onboarding, and relationship management

Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day revenue cycle operations for assigned clients, focusing on multi‑specialty physician/clinic accounts.
- Supervise onshore and offshore teams to meet or exceed client KPIs and SLAs.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks for performance auditing, billing workflows, and performance tracking.
- Identify trends impacting revenue and implement corrective action.Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, ensuring timely and detailed responses.Coordinate onboarding for new providers and ensure compliance with client‑specific processes.Maintain up‑to‑date dashboards and provide regular reporting to clients and internal team.Support training and development for new hires and existing staff based on client needs.Collaborate with internal tech teams to implement RCM innovations and systems integrations.Foster strong client relationships and assist with account growth or new business opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to guide strategic decision‑making.Contribute to company‑wide operational efficiency and performance projects.
Qualifications/Criteria
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of RCM experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role (Manager or Associate Director).
- Hands‑on experience managing third‑party or vendor‑side clients in multi‑specialty physician or clinic settings, with strong client engagement and relationship management.
- Experience in a Central Business Office (CBO) setting – i.e., managing centralized billing operations for multiple practices or providers.
- eClinicalWorks billing experience is required.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the complete revenue cycle in a physician clinic environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing global delivery teams.
- Proven ability to meet operational goals in KPI/SLA‑driven environments.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Memphis or Nashville, TN.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client visits.
