The Director of Commercialization will own the commercial agenda for the territory, uncover and activate regional marketing opportunities, lead a high‑performing team of Commercial Managers, and work closely with distributor commercial and strategy teams to drive forecasting, build sales programs and run disciplined stewardship cadence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, building sales programs, and run disciplined stewardship cadence that ensures Monster shows up strong and wins in the market.
  • Direct a high‑performing team of Commercial Managers focused on planning, tracking, communication, and performance score‑carding.
  • Manage local marketing fund budget planning, independent retailer execution, trimester planning and Joint Business Plan stewardship.
  • Communicate corporate direction and market unit plans, with clearly defined look of success, accountabilities & timelines.
  • Summarize initiative performance reports and steward action plans in support of weekly/monthly management routines.

Impact You'll Make

  • Internal and external cross‑functional collaboration and navigation, including capability building and data analytics.
  • Plan and program adjustments aligned to budget goals.
  • Influence design and development of local point‑of‑sale materials and implement channel messaging guidelines in plans.
  • Forecast shipments, innovation and distributor inventory.
  • Lead forced / auto‑ship efforts to drive speed‑to‑market results.
  • Track and communicate regional and national Monster initiatives and ensure connectivity between execution goals and strategic priorities.
  • Recognize brand/channel opportunities to accelerate growth or leverage strengths.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • More than 7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) beverage industry.
  • More than 7 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Pay Range: $95,700 - $127,600 USD.
