What You’ll Do
- Lead the Total Rewards function as a Senior Vice President, reporting to the Head of People, Places & Culture.
- Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, executive incentives, and wellness programs.
- Provide strategic direction and innovation to keep rewards competitive, aligned with business results, and valued by managers and employees.
- Deliver insightful data to inform overall People strategy.
- Oversee compliance, regulatory filings, audits, and vendor management for all compensation programs.
- Collaborate with HR Leadership and Business Partners to support organization‑wide initiatives.
- Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Manage a dispersed team of Compensation and Benefits professionals.
What You’ll Need
- 20+ years of overall experience, including 10–15+ years in management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor and employment relations, business administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits within a public company.
- Strategic leadership background and proven influence with senior stakeholders.
- Media and/or technology industry experience preferred.
- Expertise in Health & Wellness Programs, Benefits & Insurance, 401(k) administration, and equity plan design.
- Strong understanding of short- and long‑term incentive programs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
- Capability to lead projects to on‑time completion with confidentiality and integrity.
- Comfort with MS Office Suite and Google Suite; experience with Workday a plus.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
Compensation for this position is in the range of $342,000.00 to $387,000.00, dependent on skills and experience, with potential discretionary incentives. Motivation, flexibility, and creativity are essential.
