Role Overview:

Temporary marketing generalist role supporting iBase-t’s cross-functional marketing team across content, digital, product, and events. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy who thrives in a collaborative B2B environment.




Key Responsibilities:

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Draft, edit, and proof content for email, web, social, and print
  • Build and schedule email
    ewsletter content in HubSpot
  • Repurpose content for various formats and audiences
  • Assist with press releases, blog content, and internal comms

Social & Web Management

  • Own daily posting and interaction across social channels
  • Track engagement and provide monthly reporting
  • Update website pages in WordPress
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and visuals

Project Coordination

  • Help prioritize and track all marketing project timelines
  • Coordinate input and approvals from multiple departments
  • Act as internal traffic manager for content, design, and events

Events Support

  • Assist in prep and content coordination for Excelerate, clients annual user conference
  • Support comms and content development with internal SMEs and external speakers

Coordinate presentation delivery, QA, and headshot/bio collection
