Marketing Operations Lead – One Legal, an InfoTrack Company. Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week at our downtown San Francisco office.
As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will power the engine behind One Legal's marketing performance. You will own the systems, tools, and processes that bring campaigns to life—including email automation, campaign execution, marketing technology, and analytics—and you will focus on ensuring everything is measurable, optimized, and continually improving.
Responsibilities
Own email automation, campaign operations, marketing technology, and analytics to support marketing initiatives.
Ensure all marketing efforts are measurable, optimized, and continuously improving.
Streamline marketing team operations to support initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and improve conversion metrics.
Manage campaign execution from setup through launch, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
Coordinate external vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
Oversee marketing platforms and tools to ensure they effectively support team needs.
Support website and content operations to align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Build and maintain the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure that power marketing efforts.
Balance strategic ownership of marketing operations with day‑to‑day execution to keep campaigns running effectively.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Experience working in a business‑to‑business marketing environment preferred.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress.
Understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Curiosity and interest in using data to understand customer behavior and improve outcomes.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $82,320 to $138,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and education.
