Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in managing the end-to-end deal workflow process, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies that support Hilco Global’s Real Estate practice’s transaction goals. This role requires a strong blend of project management, creative production and operational oversight, providing critical support to a fast‑paced commercial real‑estate sales team.

As a key contributor to the marketing production engine, the Marketing Coordinator oversees the creation of marketing materials, manages property listings, tracks campaign performance and ensures the efficiency of internal processes. Additionally, they take an active role in training and onboarding new team members, driving best practices and optimizing workflows to enhance overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ideation and production of all business development, property marketing & brand

Own the deal workflow process from start to finish, ensuring all marketing deliverables, documentation & timelines align with transaction/company goals

Project‑manage & produce property marketing materials, including flyers, press releases, advertising, email & social media campaigns

Manage listings on the company website & third‑party platforms

Track & analyze marketing performance, prepare client status reports & monitor budgets alongside deal lead

Oversee internal deal documentation, including fee agreements, confidentiality agreements, contracts & due diligence files available and made public/private in the deal rooms (deal leads to compile & organize)

Implement & refine marketing best practices, templates & standardizations, as needed

Oversee the marketing production engine, ensuring efficiency & workload balance

Train & onboard new production team members, providing guidance on workflow processes & best practices

Maintain & manage property‑specific project management/Trello boards for project tracking & communication

Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of marketing production, workflow execution & communications – internally along with third‑party vendors (signage companies, print shops, aerial/drone photographers)

Proactively evaluate, identify & implement innovative tools, strategies & efficiencies to continually optimize the deal workflow process, leveraging AI & automation to modernize/streamline/automate processes

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field

Expert in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

5+ years relevant work experience in a business, professional environment

Real‑estate transactional knowledge/property marketing experience a plus

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress

Strong leadership, problem‑solving & decision‑making abilities

Ability to train & oversee team members while fostering a collaborative environment

Excellent project management, organizational & analytical skills

High attention to detail & commitment to quality in all marketing outputs

Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity & impact

Enthusiastic, motivated & proactive approach to challenges

Forward‑thinking mindset with a drive to enhance, modernize & optimize processes using AI & automation

Ability to manage multiple tasks & adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Salary & Benefits
Annual base salary gross: $65,000-75,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include cash bonuses, long‑term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, and retirement benefits.
