Job Category: Marketing Requisition Number: MARKE001279
Full-Time Remote United States
Description
Who We Are
In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It's the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.
We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
Who We Want
Serve as a strategic marketing partner to integrated offices by defining growth goals, building actionable marketing strategies, and guiding execution against long-term business objectives. Leverage data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. Operate with a high degree of autonomy while identifying opportunities to improve, scale, and evolve how marketing support is delivered.
Strategic Growth Planning & Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to assigned integrated offices by clarifying growth goals and translating those goals into multi-channel marketing strategies. Develop and guide offices through strategic marketing plans aligned to objectives, capacity, and target audiences. Provide informed recommendations across digital, events, referrals, COIs, content, automation, and brand. Serve as a trusted thought partner by introducing new ideas, frameworks, and best practices that elevate marketing maturity. Present ideas, insights, and recommendations confidently in internal and advisor-facing settings. Serve as a subject matter expert within assigned areas to support team knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
Data & Insights: Leverage marketing data, analytics, and performance metrics to inform recommendations and evaluate effectiveness. Collect, synthesize, and share partner growth insights to inform broader strategy. Apply data and professional judgment to make independent decisions, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues.
Program Leadership & Execution: Lead complex marketing initiatives from strategy through execution with minimal guidance. Partner with internal production teams to ensure work aligns with strategic intent. Support enterprise-level initiatives, pilots, and rollouts by contributing strategic perspective and hands-on leadership.
Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and scale effective strategies. Proactively surface gaps, inefficiencies, and risks while recommending solutions that improve outcomes and partner experience. Contribute to the evolution of the marketing operating model through feedback, testing, and iteration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Compliance, and Operations. Coordinate with marketing coordinators and specialists to process standard requests and communicate out-of-scope items.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
