If you've been running franchise sales for a QSR brand and you're quietly wondering whether your ceiling is higher somewhere else — it probably is.
A mid-size quick-service brand with strong AUVs, a proven prototype, and a committed ownership group is looking for a Senior Director of Franchise Sales to lead growth across North America.
What makes this one different:
You'll lead a team of 3–4 experienced reports who already know how to sell — they need a strategic leader, not a babysitter
You'll own the playbook: lead sources, broker relationships, qualification criteria, FDD cadence, analytics/reporting, and sales tech stack
Manage vendors and franchisee relationships
You'll work remotely from anywhere in the Midwest, Southeast, Texas, New Mexico, or Colorado
You'll report to a leadership team that makes decisions in days, not quarters
Compensation that reflects the seniority:
$180K base salary
Commission structure that rewards closed deals and open unit counts
Full benefits, travel budget, and real executive authority
Who this is for:
You've spent at least 7–10 years in franchise development or franchise sales, ideally inside QSR or fast-casual. You know what a good FDD review looks like. You know how to spot a candidate who'll actually open units vs. one who'll just sign paper.
