My People Person is partnering with a growing, entrepreneurial niche manufacturing company to hire a Marketing Manager to lead and evolve their marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the President, with visibility across the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is built for someone who wants to own marketing end-to-end, from execution to strategy, while also stepping into light team leadership.


You’ll be responsible for what gets done, how it gets done, and how performance improves over time.


WHAT THE ROLE DOES

  • Own the full marketing function: brand positioning, performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer experience.
  • Plan and execute across all digital channels (paid search, paid social, email, SEO, video, content) working hands-on with internal resources and external vendors.
  • Manage website development and ongoing digital content to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain marketing analytics and reporting, including clear, leadership-ready performance summaries that translate data into decisions.
  • Support the sales team with materials, data, and channel insights that drive revenue.
  • Lead brand implementation and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Handle campaign-specific photography and video capture and editing as needed.
  • Manage and develop one direct report, with potential to grow the team to two.


THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in a smaller or growth-stage company where you owned more than one lane.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Strong digital marketing chops: paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing platform.
  • Analytical and data-literate - you can pull the numbers, make sense of them, and communicate findings clearly to a non-marketing audience.
  • Excellent writer - whether it is ad copy, an email, or a report to leadership, your communication is clear and polished.
  • Wired for ownership. You do not wait to be told. You identify what needs to happen and make it happen.
  • Must be able to commute to Mabank, Texas and work on-site five days per week.
