Salesforce UI Developer - On-site in San Antonio, TX

We are hiring Salesforce UI Developers to support a high-visibility digital transformation initiative within a financial services organization.
We are building and launching a new loyalty program and member experience platform that delivers tiered benefits, personalized engagement, and a modern digital experience across mobile and desktop banking channels.
This role is focused on bringing UX design to life within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a strong emphasis on front-end development and member experience delivery.
Location: San Antonio, TX (On-site required 4–5 days per week; candidates must be able to start on-site immediately)
Duration: 6+ month contract (potential extension)
Role Overview
Build and enhance Salesforce FSC user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Translate Figma and UX designs into production-ready Salesforce interfaces
Deliver member-facing experiences for a tiered loyalty program with multiple service levels
Develop across mobile and desktop Salesforce-native applications
Collaborate with UX, product, architecture, and offshore development teams
Ensure accurate implementation of design specifications within Salesforce UI
Support integration of data-driven dashboards (points, benefits, member engagement views)
Participate in agile delivery cycles with aggressive MVP timelines
Technical Requirements
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex (supporting UI interactions)
Salesforce Flow and declarative tools
REST/SOAP APIs for UI data consumption as needed
Mobile-first and responsive Salesforce UI development
Candidates should have hands-on experience building and actively contributing to Salesforce UI development, with a strong preference for new development and net-new builds rather than maintenance work.
Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (community sites) is highly relevant.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem is required, including which Salesforce clouds you have worked in. Experience with or exposure to Loyalty Management is highly preferred.
UI-focused development is critical. Candidates should demonstrate experience translating UX into functional interfaces, with a preference for modern, responsive, and mobile-first builds.
Experience with user permissions, roles, and access controls within Salesforce should be clearly understood and explained through real examples.
Candidates should have experience working with large data volumes, ideally handling bulk data operations around one million records or more
Any experience with AI, whether within Salesforce (Einstein) or external integrations, is a plus
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5+ years Salesforce development experience with a strong UI focus
Experience building new digital or mobile-first user experiences
Strong ability to translate UX designs into production-quality interfaces
Financial services experience (banking, lending, deposits, or wealth management preferred)
Comfortable working with distributed teams, including offshore developers
Strong attention to UI detail, usability, and design fidelity
