Position Overview
The Sr. Social Media and Influencer Specialist supports the growth of the Bridges Consumer Healthcare product portfolio through social media and influencer marketing programs. This role is responsible for executing social content across key platforms and supporting the development and maintenance of the influencer network.
The Sr. Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated social media initiatives, manage influencer outreach and relationships, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, creator partnerships, and content performance optimization.
Work is onsite 4 days a week at Bridges' headquarters in downtown Chattanooga, TN.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Execution
Create, schedule and publish engaging content suited to each social media platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok).
Coordinate asset delivery and feedback loops with internal creative and brand teams.
Assist in ideating, creating and editing short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in partnership with creative teams.
Monitor social media trends, formats, audio and cultural moments and proactively propose content ideas and tests to drive engagement and reach.
Reporting and Analytics
Compile weekly and monthly reports, providing insights and data to optimize content performance and inform ongoing social and influencer strategy.
Track key KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and traffic metric across social media platforms.
Support testing and performance analysis initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve social campaigns and content.
Influencer Marketing Support
Research and source creators to build and maintain a strong influencer network aligned with brand objectives.
Monitor social conversations and trends to identify potential influencer partnerships and relevant content opportunities.
Support outreach, relationship management, and ongoing communication with creators and influencers.
Coordinate influencer gifting logistics, campaign deliverables, and content timelines.
Maintain accurate records of influencer relationships, campaign activity, and performance within CRM and database systems.
Collaboration and Program Support
Partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Social Media & Influencer Marketing, creative teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and maximizing program impact.
Identify opportunities to streamline influencer workflows and social media processes, contributing to program scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
B.S. degree in a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor.
Ability to create and deliver creative content ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Highly motivated and able to work effectively in both an independent and team role.
Collaboration and cross‑functional alignment.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods stationary working at a computer.
