Proper Hospitality is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of properties.

Position Overview

This role sits at the center of the marketing organization, ensuring strong coordination between corporate marketing, property teams, creative partners, and digital channels. You will translate marketing strategy into clear project plans, manage timelines and workflows, and ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring marketing programs across Proper’s portfolio are planned, coordinated, and executed with clarity, consistency, and operational excellence.

We are also looking for someone who is

deeply comfortable working with emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows . The ideal candidate actively explores new tools, builds efficient workflows, and brings a mindset of continuous operational improvement to how marketing teams plan and execute work.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in

marketing operations, project management, and creative production , ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, consumer brands, or agency environments serving premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Program Management

Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the Proper portfolio
Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into structured project plans and timelines
Manage the lifecycle of campaigns and initiatives from brief through launch
Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives and align execution across brand, digital, and property teams
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule
Workflow & Systems Management

Own and manage the Asana project management system across marketing workstreams
Build and maintain project templates, timelines, and workflows that support efficient execution
Track project status and provide clear visibility into timelines and priorities
Continuously refine processes to improve team efficiency and coordination
Cross-Team Coordination

Serve as the primary point of coordination between corporate marketing, property teams, and creative partners
Facilitate communication across brand marketing, digital marketing, and property teams
Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and creative review meetings
Ensure alignment across stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and priorities
Campaign & Creative Execution

Support execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and property activations
Coordinate creative production including design, content, photo/video shoots, and campaign assets
Manage asset trafficking across web, email, paid media, and social channels
Ensure all deliverables meet Proper’s brand standards and launch timelines
Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in

marketing operations, program management, or creative production
Experience managing complex marketing projects across multiple stakeholders
Background working with

luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, consumer brands, or premium e-commerce companies preferred
Agency experience managing high-end brands strongly preferred
Expert proficiency with

Asana or similar project management tools
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with creative teams and coordinating marketing production workflows
Familiarity with tools such as

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, or CRM/email systems
Strong curiosity around AI tools and emerging technologies, with comfort experimenting with new platforms and incorporating them into workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration
